You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of date of purchase for a refund. Items that have been opened, used, or exposed to unacceptable weather conditions will not be accepted for return. All items in bags will not be accepted for refund.

Processing a Return

Please send an email to or call (02)7228 8088. Please indicate items you wish to return and confirm order number.

Your Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect to identify if goods are in an acceptable condition. You will be notified on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your nominated credit card or Bank Account. You should expect to receive the refund amount within 2 – 5 days after inspection, depending on your card or Bank issuer’s policies.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee + shipping, this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling costs that you paid on the order.
